Currently, T&G Direct's delivery service only covers the 48 contiguous states of the USA and does not include overseas territories and Alaska. Order Confirmation and Tracking
When you purchase products on our website, we aim to process all orders within 48 hours, and once order processing is complete, we will arrange for shipping immediately. Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Failed and Refused Deliveries

If the failed delivery is due to the courier's fault and not due to incorrect or missing information provided by the customer, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of the order. Please ensure to track your order using the tracking information we provide. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. For LTL freight, you need to coordinate with the freight company to schedule delivery.
Damage and Loss
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you find any damage, confirm it with the carrier before accepting. Accepting the package means assuming responsibility. In case of damage, T&G Direct may provide assistance at its discretion. If the carrier loses your order, please contact us at service@tg-direct.com with your order number, tracking number, and proof of loss.
